Hats off to Piet Gauchat of Olympia Moving & Storage for that piece of information as a part of his presentation at the Wheaton/Bekins Convention this past week in Orlando. It makes sense, and I think we all understand it, but when you see his data, it hammers it home.
Regardless of what type of business you’re in, qualifying leads matters, and this proves that minutes matter too. Customers like service. Prospects like to be appreciated. This proves it. Increase your sales, call back within 5 minutes.
