“TOP 5 MUST-HAVES” FOR 2025
As we approach the new year, our mantra will be to SIMPLIFY AND FOCUS. Your prospects are overworked, overwhelmed and overcommitted just like you. Let’s speak to them with that in mind and give them what they want when they are interested enough to visit your website.
Our top-performing client sites have these five topics in common:
- GOOGLE CUSTOMER REVIEWS: So important. Get at least 2 per month. Have as many total reviews as your top competitors. Have an overall rating of 4.7— 4.9. Display prominently.
- GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE: A basic building block for search engines. Ensure it is complete and updated with pictures, posts and products.
- BUSINESS ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER: So basic but often ignored or forgotten. This is a favorite miss of spammers and why the search engines are watching. If you don’t have a well-known brand, this is mandatory.
- BUSINESS HOURS: Very important to customers. List all prominently.
- “ABOUT US” PAGE: Unpopular with clients because it requires giving up some privacy. We understand that and agree, but it’s generally the first or second page prospects visit after the Homepage. The less recognizable your brand is, the more important it is.
