Summer is a busy season for business of all kinds and you should know Google and ChatGPT are paying close attention to your online reviews to determine how relevant you are to questions users ask.
HOW YOU CAN GET INTO THE CONVERSATION: When you reply to positive reviews make sure you mention the service you provided in your reply. Oftentimes users will say what you did for them generally but not get into the specifics. However, those specifics are where you can add keywords that actually drive relevancy for your business.
Instead of just saying “Thank you for your review” try “Thank you for call on us to perform your *specific service* in *the location you completed the service for them in*.
